Securities:

Donors should authorize their broker to transfer any securities (not applicable to donations for the benefit of Ivy Club) to Stifel Nicolaus & Co., Inc. (DTC # 0793, Account # 4785-3844), to be deposited in the Princeton Prospect Foundation account.  

Donors also should send an email to Adrianne Vickers (vickersa@stifel.com) notifying Stifel Nicolaus of the impending transfer to the Princeton Prospect Foundation account, with a cc to (a) the business manager or general manager of the intended beneficiary club and (b) Princeton Prospect Foundation (ppf@princetonprospectfoundation.org). Such email notification should include the name and number of shares of the donated securities, the name of the intended beneficiary club, and the donor's name, mailing address, and phone number.
